 I purchased our Best Track last February, and we absolutely loved it!  It was one of the best Derby races we have ever had!

 Our Unit is growing, plus we added an Open Division, so we are thinking of adding two more lanes - from 4 to 6.  We have a 42ft track, so I am requesting a price quote for two additional lanes.

I have been doing a lot of research on tracks, as our old wooden one is warping, and becoming unfair.  It have looked into plexiglass, PVC (rain gutter style), and even another wooden one, and I truly feel aluminum is the way to go!  After initial assembly, setting up the track is a breeze, and for our first race with the new track, we couldn't be happier.  We just love how smooth the cars race over the joints, the Stop Section is so awesome (we had a box with foam in it before and sometimes cars met with disaster), and one aspect we didn't think about was the sound the cars make on the aluminum.  It is loud and great - just like a race should be!

I wanted to let you know that we had our Pack's pinewood derby race last night using our brand new BestTrack and it was GREAT!.  The boys loved it as did the leaders and parents.  There were many direct and overheard comments of how neat the track was.  We would like to express our thanks for the track and the obvious high level of craftsmanship that went into it.  We were also very impressed with how easy it went together.

You should be proud of your product.  You made our race night a very memorable one for many Scouts.

 We held our derby last week and it was a huge success.  The track made for

some of the best competition we have had.  Along with the Judge timer, we

had a few races that were won by .0005 of a second.  We ran 48 cars and not

one jumped the track.  Previously we would have around 10-15 jump the track

on our old one.

 I will definitely recommend your track to anyone that ask.

Putting together the notes from the race and I will forward them to you when they are complete, but overall the track worked out fine.  There was no big discrepancies during the race due to the track and I think that there was no "Fast Lane Advantage" as there was on our old track. But one thing I must say is that your support during this shipping process is commendable I wasn't expecting the level of support which I received it rivaled the support I receive from the major firms I deal with day to day.

I recently purchased a track from you, and I just wanted to write and tell

you how pleased I am with it.  Additionally, I would like for you to know

how pleased I am with the responsive service you gave me.  The track was

here before it was promised, and when it arrived with some damaged parts,

they were cheerfully replaced with no hassle, and in time for the derby.

The kids had a great race, and were extremely excited about their shiny new

track.  Good service and good products are hard to come by these days.  You

should know that about 97 people in North Carolina are impressed with yours.

 What a success!!  The Raleigh, NC Pack 391 Pinewood Derby was held on the

last weekend in January on our new 4x35 Best Track and The Judge timer.  We

completed all of our racing, plus a good lunch break, and the dismantling of

the track in less than 5 hours!  This was nothing less than a miracle.  In

the past, with our old 3-lane wooden track and a simple 1-2-3 finish

indicator we raced all day long through endless brackets, tie breakers, and

unfair bye-selections.  We spent a lot of money on the new track but we are

now certain that we will get many years of fun, fair, fast, kid-building

racing from that capital investment.  Thank you for your help.  Check out

I RECEIVED THE TRACK ON TUESDAY AND HAVE NOW PUT IT TOGETHER. MY 10 YEAR OLD

HELPED ME. IT WAS SO EASY TO ASSEMBLE THAT HE COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO.

THIS IS THE BEST TRACK I HAVE SEEN AND IT FIT TOGETHER WITH NO SEAMS. YOU

GUYS HAVE DID A GREAT JOB. WE WILL RACE MARCH 29. I THINK THE PACK WILL BE

AS PLEASED AS I AM. I DID ADD ONE THING. I ADDED SOME ELECTRICAL HEAT SHRINK

TO THE THREADED START POSTS SO THAT THE CARS WILL REST AGAINST A SMOOTH

SURFACE. THIS IS ALSO COSMETIC. IT WORKS WELL. YOU NAMED YOUR TRACK THE

RIGHT NAME. I AM TRYING TO SELL ANOTHER TRACK FOR YOU TO A PACK IN OUR

NEIGHBORHOOD. IF THEY ORDER SOON WOULD THEY GET IT BY THE MIDDLE OF MARCH.

THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!!!  The BestTrac was great.  For the first

time in 6 years there

was no griping or complaining about the condition of the lanes or

differences in how the cars

performed lane to lane.  NO CARS jumped the track. NO BOUNCES from

section to section.

WE HAD NO IRATE OR UPSET Parents!!  After having used 2 Three lane wood

tracks the past ten

years, THIS IS GREAT.  Here in south florida, wood tracks don't last

past their first year, no

matter how good you take care of them.  Warping and problems with the

joining of the sections

create unfair race results.  This has finally been eliminated with

BestTrac. 

Now comes the hard part to safely store the track.  Perhaps you should

offer storage cases???

We assembled the track Sunday night and everything went well.  The kits that

we use have different wheels than the Scouts that make the inner wheel to

inner wheel dimension a little larger.  We test ran some cars from previous

years and did not have a noticeable problem with weaving.  The track looks

great and runs well.  Thanks!

Good morning, we held our derby this past Sunday and all went very smooth. The crowd really liked the looks of our new track.

We did take some pictures and I will fwd. them to you when they are available.

The assembly was easy and the step by step instructions were a plus.

After the final assembly and break down it only takes about 10 minutes to set up. ( this is what makes it great )

 Everything but the stop track has been assembled and it all went together pretty easily. 

 This all would have happened with or without the track, but it would NOT have been the same.  The track is the crowing point.  Running the track's inaugural race at the 1st annual AJB Memorial is going to be very special.  I can't begin to express my gratitude.  Without your generosity, the dedication would have occurred at just another derby and it would not have given Andrew his just dues.  All of the boys are getting excited and the local press is covering the story. 

I will not hesitate to share with others the quality of your track and how you "worked" with us to make it happen in the time frame that we had available.

Hello Steve, 

We ran our Andrew J. Baker Memorial Pinewood Derby on the 22nd of February.  The combination of the BestTrack Track, Fast Track Timer, and Grand Prix Software was unbeatable.  With your help we were able to pull this all together in less than 3 weeks and everyone had a blast.  We are very proud that we were able to honor Andrew with the Derby and your track greatly contributed to our success.  First thru Eleventh place was separated by less than One second after the round which each car raced six heats and the fastest time per track varied by only 19 thousands of a second.  The link below is to some pictures of our derby.The young man in the first picture is Andrew Baker's step brother and he is sitting on their Mother's lap.  As you can see by the pictures, it made his family very proud also.

 Thank you very much for building such a fine product.  We would not hesitate to recommend your track and are already starting to work on our District wide race for next year.
